An obsession with every little detail.
That is why you choose a custom guitar.
Designed with restraint and intention
Design first. Not trends, not tradition.
I approach guitar building as a designer first, aiming for timeless clean lines, balanced proportions, modern aesthetics, and restrained detail.
Every line, surface, and transition is refined until it feels just right. Nothing is left to chance. Each choice is deliberate and serves the instrument as a whole. The goal isn't to impress, but to create something quietly confident. A guitar designed to inspire from the first touch.
Dedication to the craft
Built the way it should be
I started out as a hand tool woodworker, using traditional techniques to make modern guitars. That background in fine woodworking still shapes my approach today. Clean joints, crisp edges, and careful attention to fit and finish aren't extras, they're the baseline.
What I took from those early years wasn't just skill. It was patience, discipline, and a respect for doing things properly. I carry that mindset into every build. There are no shortcuts. Just slow, careful decisions, made with the final instrument in mind.

Built around you.
Every guitar begins with a conversation. Your ideas, my craft, and a shared commitment to getting it exactly right. The result is an instrument built around you, finished to the standard that defines every Rausch guitar.
